Application for a Tour Guide

I'm Yasuyo, a licensed interpreter guide in Toyama Prefecture.

I’d like to show you around the beautiful Toyama City and historical Takaoka City and other cities and towns in Toyama Prefecture.

I was born in Takaoka and now live in Toyama, so I know both cities well.

I also offer you several tours visiting national treasures such as Zuiryuji Temple and Shokoji Temple.

If you want to experience Japanese cultures, I will take you to a shrine or the Clay Doll Studio so that you can try painting a Japanese clay doll.

You can visit Toyama Castle, Great Buddha of Takaoka, Folkcraft Village, Amaharashi Beach, the Mikurumayama Museum, the Glass Art Museum depending on the tour.
